By Oct. 31, 2015 9:15 a.m. When considering conservatives and the ever-intriguing Hispanic vote, I am reminded of Pedro Almodovar’s 2002 film Hable Con Ella, or Talk to Her, where one character constantly tells another to talk to a woman who lies in a coma because he believes that she can understand him and his problems. My advice to conservatives when it comes to Hispanics is the same, habla con ellos, talk to them. Hispanics are a dynamic and growing demographic who are not comatose when it comes to electoral politics.
