By of the Journal Sentinel A 28-year-old man was wounded Tuesday afternoon in a shooting on Milwaukee's north side, police said. The shooting was reported shortly before 4:30 p.m. in the 3200 block of N. 21st St., according to a news release from the Milwaukee Police Department.
