By of the Journal Sentinel A 64-year-old Milwaukee man was killed Tuesday afternoon when he was struck by a hit-and-run driver on Milwaukee's south side, police said. The man was struck shortly after 5 p.m. at S. Layton Blvd. and W. Rogers St., according to a news release from the Milwaukee Police Department.
