By Associated Press Madison— Wisconsin lawmakers edged closer to passing a bill that would prohibit people from bothering hunters in the woods, pushing the measure through a committee Tuesday despite questions about whether it is necessary or constitutional. The Assembly's natural resources committee passed the Republican-authored bill on a 14-1 vote. The committee's minority Democrats questioned whether the bill might violate nature lovers' free speech rights but only one of them, Rep. Diane Hesselbein of Middleton, ultimately voted against the proposal.
