By of the Journal Sentinel A smaller, older apartment building on Milwaukee's east will be renovated and upgraded after its recent sale, according to one of the new owners. The two-story, 20-unit building, at 1639 N. Farwell Ave., was sold for $1.1 million to 1639 Farwell LLC, according to state real estate records posted Friday. The property was sold by Daniel Pauli. The new owner is an investment group led by Geoff Stone and Eric Seegers, who operate Gato City LLC property management firm.
