By of the Journal Sentinel Union workers at Kohler Co. appeared Sunday to have strongly rejected the firm's contract offer, setting the stage for the first strike at the Sheboygan County manufacturer since 1983. Results of the paper balloting had not yet concluded as of midmorning Sunday, but workers universally said they had voted no as they emerged from a membership meeting at Sheboygan South High School attended by several hundred people.
