On May 8th, Hispanics for School Choice is hosting a School Choice 25th Anniversary Gala at Potawatomi Hotel and Casino. Governor Walker will be there, along with former Governor Tommy Thompson. The keynote speaker will be Desmond Howard. I've spoken a lot in this space about self governance. The ability to choose one's educational path would seem to be at that heart of what it means for a person to determine one's own destiny.
