| In light of the sexual harassment allegations facing Wisconsin Assembly Majority Leader Bill Kramer, I am imploring that government bodies on both sides of the aisle take a long, hard look at their elected leadership to decide if they are appropriately suited for the job. This is not a partisan problem, nor is it necessarily a gender problem – it is not even solely a political problem. Sexual harassment on a grand scale is a problem having to do with respect. In the political field, in leadership positions, it is a problem of both respect and responsibility.
