As residents of Milwaukee, we know full well that there is a large population of Hispanic families who live, work and operate businesses in this city. In fact, according to the , the City of Milwaukee is 17.3% Hispanic and that is a very good thing. Much of the Hispanic population is concentrated in , which is an area with over a century of rich immigrant history.
