Last week, Time Magazine's "Swampland" page featured an article called "," which argued that the Wisconsin governor had irritated conservatives with his most recent budget. Written by Grace Wyler, who takes great pains to shoehorn in a Walker-Koch Brothers connection, it goes on to posit that Walker's budget could be a problem if Walker were to run for president in 2016.
